| 目前我国的农村生活污水处理还不够完善，处理设备配套不足和建设管理落后等问题，主要原因是：农村生活污水缺乏相应的污水排放标准；建设和运行资金落实不到位；重视不足。目前我国大部分农村缺乏完善的排水管道和污水处理系统，主要是直接排放或就近排入河道，目前我国农村生活污水处理存在的问题主要有：（1）农村多数铺设的污水管道，都是采用雨污合流的排水体制，没有进行合理的规划，畜禽粪便等随雨水进入排水沟，由于排水沟的断面较小，容易发生堵塞，严重污水周围的环境；（2）农村居民在房屋的建设和改造过程中，建设不符合标准，生活污水不经处理就直接排放到室外或河流，一部分只通过化粪池处理后直接排入地下，这对于地下水和土壤都造成了极大的污染，破坏人们的居住环境；（3）目前我国的农村已广泛应用水冲厕所，大量污水未经处理就直接排入灌渠，污水中的氮磷等污染物严重超标，污染农业灌溉水。 At present our country rural life sewage treatment is still not enough perfect, lack of form a complete set of processing equipment management and construction, the main reason is: lack of the corresponding rural sewage discharge standards; Inadequate implementation of construction and operational funds; Less attention.
