造纸废水处理pH值的异常波动成因

pH值的异常波动主要与生产现场排放的酸碱类物质有关。以大型造纸企业来说,酸碱废水主要来自对设备的定期清洗。

进水水量通常保持恒定 ,但是如果发生事故排水,生产线为了清洗槽体、设备等也会产生大量水洗水,如果是事故还会废弃大量原料和化学品,这样的废水流入废水处理场,往往会对系统造成比较大的冲击。这也是初沉池、生化池出水COD含量偏高的原因。
