关于水污染的话题不断被提起，特别是地下水污染问题，浙江杭州、温州等地有农民或者企业家出资请环保局长下河游泳，以此来引起大家对水污染严重程度的关注，虽然各个环保局长都选择了沉默或者拒绝，但是民众环保意识的觉醒，对水污染的关切程度达到了空前。
