1、调试：污水泵按额定流量把污水抽水设备内，启动风机进行曝气，每天观察接触池内填料情况，如填料上长出橙黄或黑色的一层膜，这一过程一般要7-15天。如是工业有机废水最好先用生活污水培养好生物膜后，再逐渐引入工业污水进行生物膜训化。

2、设备维护保养：该工业废水处理设备必须建立一套定期保养制度。主要易损部件是风机与水泵电动设备的转向不得接反。一旦污水进入风机，必须及时清理，更换机油后方可使用。风机启动前必须注意空气闸门是否打开。风机每运行10000小时必须保养一次。水泵每运行5000-8000小时必须保养一次。

The main vulnerable parts are that the steering of the fan and the electric equipment of the pump shall not be reversed. Once the sewage enters the fan, it must be cleaned in time, and the oil can be used after the replacement of the oil. Before the fan is started, it is necessary to pay attention to the opening of the air gate. The fan must be maintained once every 10000 hours. The pump must be maintained once every 5000-8000 hours.
