生活污水处理设备工艺流程简要说明 Brief description of process flow of domestic sewage treatment equipment 生活区粪便污水(经化粪池)、食堂污水经隔油进行沉淀预处理、其它污水自流入格栅、调节池,大颗粒可沉固体及漂浮物被拦截,出水进入水解酸化池,在厌氧微生物的作用下污水和二沉池回流污泥中的部分有机物被酸化水解并进一步截留大部分县浮物,出水进入调节池,经调节水量、水质和预曝气后用泵提升至生物接触氧化池进行好氧生化处理,在充氧曝气和生物膜的作用下将有机物降解为二氧化碳和水,出水经二沉池泥水分离后,用二氧化氯消毒排放。二沉池分离的污泥分别排至酸化水解池进行厌氧水解和污泥处理池自然消化分解,消化分解池中的剩余污泥投加熟石灰调节PH值11-12.5消毒,定期用吸粪车抽吸并外排至垃圾填埋场填埋处理。 The fecal sewage (through the septic tank) and canteen sewage are pretreated by oil separation. Under the action of aeration and biofilm, the organic matter is degraded into carbon dioxide and water, and the effluent is disinfected and discharged with chlorine dioxide after being separated from the sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank. The sludge separated from the secondary sedimentation tank is respectively discharged to the acidification hydrolysis tank for anaerobic hydrolysis and natural digestion and decomposition in the sludge treatment tank. The excess sludge in the digestion and decomposition tank is added with hydrated lime to adjust the pH value of 11-12.5 for disinfection, and is regularly pumped by a manure sucking truck and discharged to the landfill for landfill treatment. |
